Phone Screen

You’ll be contacted by a member of the recruiting team, via email or phone, to schedule a call. We’ll discuss your skills, experience and your motivation for working at NAI. You’ll receive feedback within a few weeks and, if it’s a match, you’ll be contacted about the next steps.

On-Site Interview

During this meeting, we’ll be able to answer more specific questions you may have about the role as well as learn more about your background and skills in detail. You’ll meet with team members and tour our facility to understand our culture and who we are. On-site interviews can last for two to five hours and you'll need to travel to our HQ in Bohemia, NY.

Offer or Feeback

As soon as we have feedback from the team, we will contact you with the results of your interview or we’ll extend an offer of employment!

North Atlantic Industries onboarding process begins with dedicated time with Human Resources and IT giving you a foundation for your role. You'll then receive on-the-job training with a mentor, allowing you to learn hands-on while receiving guidance and support. Regular check-ins with your manager or mentor will be scheduled to address any questions and ensure you feel well-prepared to contribute effectively to our team.
