You’ll meet with team members and tour our facility to understand our culture and who we are. On-site interviews can last for two to five hours and you'll need to travel to our HQ in Bohemia, NY.

North Atlantic Industries onboarding process begins with dedicated time with Human Resources and IT giving you a foundation for your role. You'll then receive on-the-job training with a mentor, allowing you to learn hands-on while receiving guidance and support. Regular check-ins with your manager or mentor will be scheduled to address any questions and ensure you feel well-prepared to contribute effectively to our team.
