The Production Planner plays a vital role in overseeing supply and demand planning processes. This role requires a strong background in production and materials planning, with the ability to enhance systems and processes significantly. The Production Planner collaborates closely with internal teams to develop financial sales and inventory forecasts, leveraging analytical skills to refine planning procedures. The primary objective is to ensure seamless customer service while maintaining business performance predictability.

Requirements

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative monitoring of production dates to ensure timely delivery of products as part of scheduling management.
• Plan, schedule, and maintain a sales plan while supporting production orders. This involves developing work orders based on start dates and maintaining valid due dates in sales and production planning.
• Develop analyses to ensure production capacity meets demand through can-build analysis.

• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of material movement, updating records as necessary.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in material/production planning or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manipulate large data sets using formulas and pivot tables.
• Basic understanding of bill of materials (BOM) and engineering drawings.
• At least 3 years of experience with MRP/ERP systems.

Summary: 

As the Operations System Engineer, you are product champion. A Production Test Engineer I is an essential part of our production and engineering teams. You are responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic products. The Application Engineer II will provide customer technical support in both pre and post sales settings. In addition, he/she will have the ability to communicate internally any product utilization challenges and/or customer specific requirements. Summary:

Determine test equipment requirements and measurements based on product specifications. Develop Automated Test Plans for New Product Development Team.

Requirements

• Work with the Design engineering team to develop test plans to verify functional operations of NAI products.
• Analyze existing circuit designs to determine appropriate test strategy.

Requirements

Leadership:

• Work closely with cross functional teams to develop new products.

Mechanical Design:

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of packaging electrical components like printed circuit boards, connectors, cables in rugged environments including ground and aerospace applications.
• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (BSME) required, with a strong understanding of electronics packaging concepts.
• 10 years of experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in solving packaging challenges for printed board assembly designs in demanding ground and aerospace environments.
• Demonstrated CAD proficiency, particularly in Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks and ASMEY14.5-2018 and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) standards.
• Demonstrated knowledge of strength of materials, vibration, and fatigue. Ability to analyze and understand results and implement design changes to improve structural performance of electronic systems. This includes proficiency in FEA software, particularly ANSYS Mechanical, to perform modal, random vibration, shock, and other structural analyses.
• Demonstrated knowledge of heat transfer mechanisms and principles to analyze, understand results and implement design changes to improve thermal performance of electronic systems. This includes familiarity in Autodesk CFD software package or similar, to perform conduction and convection thermal analyses.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a work environment with shifting priorities.

Summary:

Working with senior design staff, you will be assisting in solving major and complex engineering problems in one or more phases of a developmental project involving analysis, research design, Hardware circuit design, board bring up, development, fabrication and / or testing of a device or system. The electrical engineer will use schematics, FPGA Design and debug tools to achieve daily work tasks. Summary:

The Production Operator works in an electronics manufacturing environment assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role involves using computers and equipment to perform daily production tasks. Following instructions and maintaining attention to detail are essential to ensuring the quality of the products. Keeping the workspace clean and organized is a key part of maintaining high production standards. The Production Operator will be trained to operate various machines, including Pick and Place, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Selective Soldering equipment, and hand assembly. The duties of the Software Engineer I include learning the codebase, attending design meetings, and depending on the software development assignments, this individual may be supporting the design and development of the Software Support Kit (SSK) package, supporting the design and development of the GUI-based QT sample program and GUI-based Windows test programs, or supporting the design and development of embedded software.

Requirements

• Assisting the leads with all aspects of software design and coding.
• Learning the codebase and improving coding skills.
• Assisting with the designing, coding and debugging of software
• Attending and contributing to company development meetings.
• Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Working on minor bug fixes.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred or at least 1 year of engineering and/or software programming experience 
• Knowledge of basic coding languages like C, C++, C#, and/or Java
• Knowledge of basic design principles such as Object-Oriented design and programming
• Familiar with Windows or Linux operating systems 
• Ability to work with hardware to develop and debug software which may include using tools like an oscilloscope, multi-meter, logic analyzer and JTAG probe.

• Strong oral and written communication skills to collaborate with other staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, and possess a high degree of curiosity and desire to learn new things
• Good organizational skills
