All units returned to NAI must have an RMA number; NAI is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to equipment received without an NAI-issued RMA number.
The customer accepts responsibility for all shipping charges for the return of goods to NAI. NAI will pay return shipping charges to the customer’s location in the event that the equipment is repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
