About North Atlantic Industries

Founded in 1955, North Atlantic Industries, Inc. (NAI) is a leading provider of embedded electronic and computing systems for rugged defense, industrial, commercial, and aerospace applications. We accelerate our clients’ time-to-mission with a unique approach based on a Configurable Open Systems Architecture™ (COSA®) that combines commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components with value added IP to deliver more distributed, intelligent, SWaP-efficient and cost-effective mission systems.

For more than 50 years, companies like Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon have relied on NAI to meet the demanding requirements of a wide range of I/O and communication-centric applications with uncompromising quality, efficiency, and responsiveness. We have built a reputation by designing, testing, and delivering massively configurable board and system-level products for their most demanding I/O-intensive air, land, and sea requirements.

NAI has a wide breadth of products, including Multifunction I/O Boards, Single Board Computers (SBCs), Rugged COTS Systems, and Rugged Power Supplies which can be combined with over 70 available, field-proven functions. All of our products are designed, manufactured and tested in-house at our state-of-the-art facility in Bohemia, New York.

President & CEO Explains NAI's Unique Approach

"It's about offering a smarter, faster, more efficient system design that requires complex I/O requirements - that's where we excel. Our architecture provides custom solutions that are highly configurable, self-standing subsytems with off-the-shelf efficiency."

- William Forman, President & CEO of North Atlantic Industries
