Summary:
The Southwest Regional Sales Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all sales operations and activities within the Southwest region, encompassing states including: TX, NM, OK, LA, AR, etc. This role will involve providing short and long-term goals for representatives, forecasting sales activities, delivering technical support directly to customers, leading initiatives to drive new business, conducting product training, generating quotes, and ensuring target revenue attainment. Summary:
The NPI SMT lead is responsible the evaluation of new product designs with an eye towards efficient high quality repeatable manufacturing process. The lead will be supporting a high mix, low volume environment. They are tasked with resolving process challenges, including SMT/TH defects and assembly flow improvements. Summary:
The Application Engineer II will provide customer technical support in both pre and post sales settings. In addition, he/she will have the ability to communicate internally any product utilization challenges and/or customer specific requirements. Provide pre & post sales product information, advice and technical assistance to prospects towards the goal of achieving new design wins.
Via telephone and email correspondence with customer, understand project technical system requirements.

Qualifications

Summary:
The Qualification Test Technician possesses knowledge of industry test standards and the associated environmental and electromagnetic interference methods. They are responsible for testing, data collection, and communication of data to the engineering staff and management.

Production Operator is responsible for working with computers to process daily production. Production Operator must be able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail. Summary:
A PCB Layout Designer will assist engineers in the design and development of complex, detailed layouts of printed circuit boards. In this position, the Layout Designer will be responsible for creating multilayer high-density printed circuit board designs using PCB Layout Tools, per Electrical and Mechanical Engineering input. The fabrication drawing package will be created per IPC and/or Mil spec.

Performs detailed layout design and documentation of printed circuit boards.
Produces two-dimensional (2D) CAD work product output for fabrication and assembly.

Checks drawings versus the project input for correctness and conformance to standard engineering drafting practices and standards.

Summary:
The Production Operator works in an electronics manufacturing environment assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role involves using computers and equipment to perform daily production tasks. Following instructions and maintaining attention to detail are essential to ensuring the quality of the products. Summary:
Working with senior design staff, you will be assisting in solving major and complex engineering problems in one or more phases of a developmental project involving analysis, research design, Hardware circuit design, board bring up, development, fabrication and / or testing of a device or system.
