Subject: Certificate of Compliance – REACH declaration

This is to certify that articles supplied by North Atlantic Industries into the European Union are in compliance with:

Regulation (EC) NO 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)

The requirements that are currently published have been reviewed and NAI has determined that our articles comply with the requirements of the regulatory body and registration of these articles is NOT required.

In addition NAI has determined that our products DO NOT contain substances of very high concern (SVHC) in concentrations above .1% by weight. This determination has been made based on the SVHC list published by REACH on or about November 7th 2008.
