NAI's Multifunction Boards eliminate the need for specialized, single function cards by providing an assortment of communication and I/O modules on one single card. The unique board architecture contains independent slots, which allows the user to mix-and-match a variety of function modules to meet their specific application requirements. One major advantage of this multi-function approach is higher functional density, which allows for reduced overall card count and lower power consumption. Consequently, this saves space and cost, minimizes heat and increases system reliability.
